The expansion and upgrade of our primary treatment facility to a secondary treatment facility began in December, 1988. The $6.5 million project was completed and placed on line in May 1990. The existing headworks structures, raw sewage wet well, administration building and anaerobic digester were renovated. New preliminary, primary, secondary, disinfection and sludge handling facilities were constructed.
